The three steps
Before the call · client-facing
Client fills the intake form
The GHL "Agent Espresso" survey. This is the only thing the client touches at intake. It captures the raw answers (dream outcome, biggest problem, key metrics, workflows, tools) so you never start from zero. Do not rebuild it. The audit section on the site links straight to it.

You run the working session
45 to 60 minutes. Read their submission first, then use the discovery worksheet as your script: their form answer is the starting point, your probes go deeper, and you mark every workflow step KEEP HUMAN / AI-ASSIST / AUTOMATE / LEAVE ALONE. For a known prospect, walk in with their pre-fill so you confirm and deepen instead of re-asking.

After the call · client-facing
You write and send the report
Fill the deliverable template and send it back within about a week. This is the one artifact the client sees: one-line read, current state, where AI fits (and does not), a prioritized roadmap mapped to AgentEspresso tiers, a "Year From Now," and an honest "are we a fit." This is what they paid for, and what sets up the build.
